At Velouria & Co, every product is crafted from 100% natural buffalo horn and ram horn. Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of our materials, we follow a transparent and fair return policy.

1. Natural Material Disclaimer

Our products are made from natural horn, therefore:

Colour, grain, texture, and pattern variations are natural and expected

These variations are not considered defects

Product images are for reference only

Each item is unique and reflects authentic craftsmanship.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ You received a damaged product

✔ You received an incorrect item

✔ The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or video of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Bulk or wholesale orders

Items showing signs of use, modification, or alteration

Products returned without prior approval

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Exchanges

We may offer a replacement or exchange if:

Stock availability allows replacement

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
